• Promptly pay for the Services rendered, as outlined in your contract or agreement.

• Nature of Engagement: All professionals assigned by Casso Solutions are contracted under a Corp-to-Corp arrangement. They are not your employees, and Casso Solutions retains all employment and administrative responsibilities.

• Scope of Work: The specific duties, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate statement of work (SOW) or agreement.

• Termination: Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the SOW or contract.

• Billing: You will be billed based on the agreed-upon rates for the assigned professionals and scope of work.

• Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur interest or penalties as outlined in your agreement.

• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the terms of your contract.

• Client Information: Casso Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients.

• Assigned Professionals: You agree to safeguard any confidential information shared by professionals assigned to your projects.

• Mutual Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

• Ownership: All deliverables created by assigned professionals during their engagement will become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Usage Rights: You may use the deliverables solely for the purposes outlined in the SOW or contract.

• No Warranty: Casso Solutions provides Services "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

• Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

• No Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casso Solutions, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

• By You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by providing written notice.

• By Us: We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

• Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, you must promptly pay any outstanding fees.
